3. 做好自己所属工位的5S管理

   Make the 5S management of your station

4. 协助领班改善焊接质量和解决焊接相关的技术问题

   Assist foreman to improve welding quality and solve welding related technical problems

5. 协助领班完成焊接夹具的优化工作，提高焊接效率

   Assist foreman to complete welding fixture optimization and improve welding efficiency

6. 独立完成焊接机器人的编程和调试

   Complete the programming and debugging of welding robot independently

7. 遵守公司制度及安全生产制度

   Comply with company policy and work safety policy

8. 部门主管安排的其他工作

   Other work assigned by department head

    

                                  

Requirements:

  

1. 具备焊接工种操作证书，相关焊接类大专以上毕业，熟练掌握焊接工艺及相关知识，熟练看懂焊接图纸要求，熟练操作焊接设备。

   Have welding operation certificate, graduated from college or above in welding major, skilled in welding technology and related knowledge, skilled in reading welding drawings requirements, skilled in operating welding equipment.

2. 能独立完成焊接夹具设计和优化方案制定的优先。

   Be able to complete welding fixture design and optimization plan independently.

3. 熟悉焊接机器人编程调试和自动化夹具设计的优先。

   Familiar with welding robot programming debugging and automatic fixture design is preferred.
