岗位职责：

1. Collecting and updating availability schedule；

2. Translating market related materials(English and Mandarin)；

3. Linkedin/Facebook/Twitter and other media with could enhance brands exposure;

4. Plan, implement and track marketing activities. Allocate resources, assess impact, and have primary accountability for driving marketing efforts;

5. Website updating and management;

6. Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies for the Company;

7. Develop annual marketing plan and ensure the activities are aligned with our brand objectives;  

8. Nurture and enhance our brand awareness by setting marketing strategy and plan;

任职要求：

1. Holding a bachelor degree with 2-3 years experience of social media operation, digital marketing or other relevant fields;

2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, capable of reading and writing;

3. Well understanding culture and business protocol difference;

4. Having good communication skills, and understanding the client’s needs;

5. Interpersonal, proactive, optimistic, and willing to work under pressure and responsible;

Keen insight, strong ability to deal with stress and having the courage to accept the pressures and challenges of the real estate leasing industry;
