Freelancing Trainer of FHH Academy in China

 

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Freelancing Trainer, based in Shanghai, project-based contract collaboration.

2. Master and adapt training materials based on the guideline of existing materials such as presentations, handout and others.

3. Implement and deliver effective training courses in Chinese including classes, workshops and conferences.

4. Coordinate with FHH Project Manager on planning and administration issues. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

1. With 3-year-or-more working experience in fine watchmaking industry, having real expertise in watchmaking knowledge (watch connoisseur / journalist / watch brand working experience would be a plus);

2. Solid capability to develop and adapt training contents, including PPT and other related materials;

3. Excellent public speaking skill in Chinese and solid skills for teaching, sharing, inspiring and empowering;

4. A sympathetic personality and passion for watchmaking, having charismatics to form and transmit knowledge;

5. A real motivation to learn and keep closely updated with news, new tech, new trends in watchmaking and related industry;

6. Basic English or French language skill is required; having previous trainer experience is a plus.

Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH)

The Fondation Haute Horlogerie is a creator of content, competencies, connections and experiences. It informs on latest developments, history and the skills within the profession. It delivers training, evaluates knowledge and certifies standards of proficiency. It identifies Fine Watchmaking brands. Furthermore, it organizes fairs and events for the public and professionals such as Watches & Wonders.

 

FHH Academy

The FHH Academy, the only organization that masters, delivers and measures watchmaking knowledge in the world, aims to unlock and deliver knowledge to improve the business performance of watch industry professionals. Thanks to a network of instructors across the globe, the FHH Academy offers a range of trainings including conferences, classes and workshops available in more than 10 different languages.

As an official and internationally recognized entity, the FHH Academy has now trained more than 10, 000 people across the world since its creation 4 years ago.

 

FHH & Hantang Culture

Hantang Culture is FHH’s Strategic Partner for Mainland China, which initiates, leads, and executes FHH Trainings and related activities/projects (FHH Certification) in China. Hantang Culture organizes concretely, in accordance with FHH, training and FHH Certification sessions, as well as the FHH activities in China.
