Standardized Management Process Design

• Cooperate with Academy team members to design standardized management process of respective Academy activities.
• Monitor Academy activities process, to maintain a high-level standard.
• Evaluate trainings and come up with improvements of the respective educational plans

Global Master Tour Communication and Arrangement

• Coordinate with dental product groups, Academy team members, Product Managers and sales teams to prepare the Global Speaker Tours.
• Logistic arrangement of Global speakers and local experts.
• Work closely with sales teams to define the on-site support and respective roles and responsibilities.

On-line Education Platform Usage and Maintenance

• Cooperate with Academy Professional to produce live webcast of respective trainings.
• Evaluate on-line system and come up with respective modifications to improve the system.
• Spread Academy activities through various social media including WeChat, Yammer, company website, Weibo, spotlight and others in close cooperation with Marketing Communication.

Training Materials Management

• Cooperate with Product Managers and Academy team members to establish training kits and comprehensive fixed asset management processes.
• Cooperate with the finance department to complete quarterly fixed assets inventory counting.
• Prepare the necessary training materials for Academy activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 3 years experiences in dental industry in marketing or event related positions. pharmaceutical or related products.
• Strong project management skills
• Show strong initiative in work
• Fluent in speaking, listening and writing English
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal relations
• Frequent business travel is a must
