 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责描述：

1. Good level of process supports and quality results for production

2. Products become more competitive in the market

3. Good management and  organization of Elastomer team in Scale-up & Process Lab

4. Good Laboratory Practice in Elastomer pilot lab

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 入职资格要求

1. Education 教育背景： Master degree or above, major in chemistry, polymers or material engineering  

2. Special knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识： Good coordination and communication skill, good English, reporting and presentation skill，people management skill

3. Related Experience 相关经历： With min. 5 year’s field experience in silicone industry, RTV-1 and RTV-2 technology and process related is preferred. Necessary to have experience in pilot &industrial scale up or process related, and min. 1 year management experience  

4. Key Competencies 主要能力： §  Be familiar with silicone RTV-1 or RTV-2 products and (or) process §  Good problem solving capability §  Good communication and presentation skill §  People management skill §  Project management skill §  Teamwork spirit
