1、 负责对客户投诉品质异常，组织相关部门制订纠正、预防措施并回复客户，监督和跟踪实施过程及效果，并对客诉异常进行处理、追踪、确认、回报及汇整。

2、 负责从新项目前期质量的策划、分析、改善，PPAP资料的整理并提交。

3、 负责客户质量异常的沟通并实施。

4、 负责与客户产品检验标准进行沟通确认。

5、 负责制订产品检验作业指导书。

6、 负责对检验员、作业员检验方法及技能的辅导。

7、 负责制程及外部相关品质信息统计分析，并组织开展QC活动。

8、 负责组织实施制造过程品质稽核，并组织相关人员对品质稽核中的不符合项进行检讨、分析并确认改善效果。

9、 负责组织开展SPC、MSA 实施工作。

10、 负责对客户投诉，及制程品质问题进行责任判定，有权对责任单位的执行进行质量考核。
