职位描述
CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER
Must Have:
Minimum 3 years of account service experience in premium design firms or 4A advertising agencies
Good spoken and written English skills
Spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) language skills
Ability to work on accounts at strategic marketing level ( to produce brand positioning and brand strategy documents)
Ability to gain professional respect and work with senior level clients
Ability to nurture client relationships
Ability to nurture and work with junior account managers
High-level managerial and organizational skills, must be an effective team-builder and trainer
Friendly and professional attitude
Strong work ethic
Ambition to pursue a long-term career in business and marketing
Understand creative products and design fundamentals
Experience and proven results managing financial reports, budgets and meeting revenue targets
.
You will be considered an exceptional candidate if you also have one or more of the following:
Cantonese language ability
Copywriting skill in English or Chinese, or both
Ability to use graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Entrepreneurial attitude and experience running your own business
