岗位职责

1.协助总监分管工厂运营管理工作

2.建立及完善工厂营运体系，制定年度生产目标和计划，管理和控制生产目标的实现

3.负责工厂的日常运营管理工作，开展和监督各部门生产、质控等工作

4.建立规范公司的流程制度，有效提高产能效率，提高产品质量，降低内耗

5.负责组建生产团队及组织架构，管理培训及考核工作人员，协调好各部门之间的工作关系

6.积极与各部门沟通，协调工作，保证对接顺畅，生产平稳，计划达成快速

7.及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题快速解决并及时追踪。

任职要求：

1.大专以上学历，机械相关专业，有出色的生产运营和精益管理经验；

2.熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理，有个两个工厂以上职能部门管理经验；

3.具有出色的领导力，沟通协调以及团队协同，计划推进能力，对工作负责敢于担当，有魄力；

4.具有独立解决生产中存在的重大质量，技术，安全问题的指挥能力；

5.五年以上设备工具、汽车零部件、液压元器件生产相关工作经验，同等职位三年以上任职经验，具备国际先进工厂的管理经验背景者优先。
