Conference Producers specialize in business research and project management.

They are responsible for conducting research by professional ways, developing conference agenda, recruiting speakers, coordinating with other internal departments, and eventually make sure the project complete smoothly.

会议策划主要职能是商业市场调研和项目统筹管理。通过多样且专业的调研方式制定会议议程，邀请演讲嘉宾，负责统筹项目相关部门之间的协作，确保项目的顺利完成。

To succeed you will need:

岗位要求：

1. BA or BS degree, knowledge of business, trade, economy, international relations;

高等院校本科学历，熟知商务、贸易、经济和国际关系常识；

2. Powerful written and verbal communication skills -in both English and Chinese (for Chinese nationals); in English and -on supplementary basis- other languages (for non-Chinese nationals)

有优秀的中英文写作和口语交流能力；

3. Strong time management skills－able to effectively stick to the timetable and meet deadlines;

时间观念强，能够通过合理安排工作时间表高效地完成工作；

4. High degree of interest and alertness in current business issues and industry trends, as well as independent thinking;

对社会时事与行业动向具有高度的兴趣与敏感度，并有独立创新思考的能力；

5. Persuasive, self-confident, assertive personality;

沟通能力强，自信，果断；

6. Master Degree or overseas background will be a plus;

硕士或有海外留学背景的优先;

7. Acquiring marketing research experience will be a plus.
