Marketing Specialist - China


PSC Asia is seeking marketing specialist(s) for compliance services, equipment sales and support services, and IT Hosted Solutions to support our growing market in China and our international distribution network. The candidates must have an outgoing personality with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Job Responsibilities
Marketing research
Event coordination
Assist the Senior Business Development Director or US Management Representative with the development of the annual strategic marketing and tactical plan that supports business unit growth and profit objectives, driving demand for select area of business.
Ensure business unit objectives, sales goals and client retention goals; increase brand recognition; and enhance market position.
Create unique and differentiated value propositions and craft messaging tailored to various customer and channel segments
Collaborate with Operations to develop communications programs aimed at enabling local activation of marketing programs and improving awareness and compliance.
Develop and execute programs to drive customer satisfaction, optimize client interactions and loyalty
Establish metrics and measurement plans to pinpoint effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics on sales, retention and satisfaction
Develop a thorough knowledge of services, products and IT solutions, business models, operations, competition, and the industry
Define marketplace and customer research needs, priorities and scope; analyze results and determine actionable takeaways; and make recommendations to business partners to enhance product/service offerings and/or enhance the customer experience
Create print and web marketing materials
Coordinate & Attend Tradeshows


Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Services/Product Marketing experience
Strategic marketing experience for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, consulting services and related industry preferred
Experience using competitive and customer insights to develop marketing plans
Business-to-business marketing experience
Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Bilingual: Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
