Job Description

Your contribution to something great:

• Responsible for HR policy implementation and general topics in a fast-moving industry to support continuous success of business;
• Responsible for communication with HR peers in Germany for HR concepts and initiative and their implementation locally in China;
• Responsible for talent development with HR instruments and tools to make sure sustainable talent pipeline
• Responsible for C&B strategy and implementation to make sure the package competitiveness;
• Engage and drive organization development topics, such as organization restructuring, talent development, leadership, culture and mindset change, etc.
• Be culture ambassador and change agent for company culture transformation;
• Other ad-hoc topics via the collaboration with internal teams.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills;

• Rich experience as HR Business Partner in MNC, especially in manufacturing and plant;

• Strong problem solving ability with customer centricity.
