JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Complete new device qualification (Burn-In, Life Test, ESD, Latch-Up) per device requirement and release to production;
2. Handle RMA material and update team on the FA results and determine root cause of failure.
3. Characterize new products with Test Engineering Team in major test plateforms like V93K/J750/Flex testers for SOC products and become the general technical expert on the product.
4. Support manfuacturing to resolve low yield and testing issue with strong debuging experience with global offshore test house.
5. Act as the technical liaisons between design, assembly, test and operations on new product introductions. 
6. Undertake and manage projects to reduce product cost and cycle time, improve production efficiency and work on all issues related to device performance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. B.S Degree ,Major in Electronics/Electrical Engineering;
2. Knowledge of device and ATE testing is essential;
3. Quality & Reliability study experience (HTOL, ESD, and Latch-up) as a plus.
4. Good Failure Analysis knowledge.
5. Good computer skills required and knowledge of Dataconductor Syntricity, YDI , Genesis ,Galaxy, Jumper or Data power as a plus.
6. >3 years of consumer electronics working experience;
7. Working experience in fast pace semi-conductor manufacturing environment;
8. Process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude;
9. Good written and oral communications skills;
10. Able to understand, debug, modify and improve test program;
11. Experience in Mixed Signal or Memory testing is preferred.
