?  At least 10 years working experience with proven track record in ECM area.

?  You have a strong knowledge on ECM tools and processes, like OpenText, Documentum, Alfresco, FileNet, SharePoint, etc. Knowledge of scanning and OCR would be an advantage

?  Certification with Opentext ECM will be a strong plus

?  You have at least 5 years of experience in gathering customer requirements and writing functional and technical design documentation.

?  You’re familiar with project management methodologies, like Scrum or PMP. Project Management certification is an advantage.

?  You have managed fixed-date projects.

?  You have experience in coaching teams of at least 3 persons.

?  You are able to create, configure, and document solutions independently. You are able to manage projects, even in complex environments.

?  You’re customer-minded and have a hands-on mentality.

?  You’re persistent in solving problems and will consult colleagues, if needed.

?  You have successfully worked in and led a team and have excellent communication skills. Also, you’re creative, pro-active, independent, studious, and have strong analytical skills.

?  You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.

?  Experience with SAP would be an advantage but not a must

?  You are willing to work on national and international projects, and are willing to travel within the Asia-Pacific and European region.

?  You hold a bachelor's degree (IT, engineering etc) or have an equal amount of experience.
