1. Work closely with Prettl Energy/Refu Solar Headquarter located in Germany throughout the product development process, will be a technical liaison between Germany and China supplier. 在产品开发过程中与PRETTL 的子公司REFU solar保持密切沟通，将会作为REFU solar和中国供应商技术沟通的联系人。

2. Carry out quality assurance at the suppliers and carry out acceptance inspections before each outgoing delivery, document and "post-audit" any defects that have been detected.在供应商处进行质量保证活动，每次出货前的验收检验；文件归档及缺陷产品的事后审核。

3. Production inspections at the suppliers (announced and not announced) periodically, documenting and "re-auditing" detected defects.对供应商进行定期的生产检查，包括不事先通知的飞行生产检查，准备检查结果报告，并对缺陷产品重新审核。

4. Support Germany team to develop and select the potential suppliers in P. R. China. Support Germany team to do Supplier evaluation/audit. I.e. price comparisons, manufacturing capacity evaluation.

配合德国总部团队在中国开发和筛选供应商，协助做好供应商评估和审核等工作，比如比价、制造能力评估等。

5. Supporting Germany colleagues visiting supplier in China. I.e. plan visiting schedule, book flight or hotel, etc. 配合德国同事拜访中国供应商，比如制定拜访行程，预定航班、酒店等工作。

6. acceptance of clarifications with suppliers 与供应商进行技术交底

7. Organize the written report about production/improvement from supplier or cooperation partner side for every visit. 拜访客户后的日常书面报告，报告产品生产及质量改进情况。

8. Frequent travel to our supplier and cooperation partner is required.定期拜访供应商或合作伙伴。

Minimum Qualification 任职资格

1.       BS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields. Strong EE and hardware product development fundamentals. 大学本科，电子或电气工程相关专业，有较强的电子工程或硬件产品开发基础

2.       Experience and knowledge of PV inverters or related inverter products. 有光伏逆变器或其他相关逆变器产品的经验和专业知识

3.       About 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and testing, have a good knowledge of power electronics. 在电子制造和测试领域有 10年工作经验，熟悉电力电子技术。

4.       Experience in analyzing root cause, design debugging and problem solving with engineering test equipment, PCB manufacturing experience is preferred.能够利用测试设备分析产品缺陷原因、进行设计调试并解决问题。有PCB 板制造经验的优先考虑。

5.       Experience working independently with minimal guidance and experience handling multiple tasks. 能自主独立工作并能同时处理多个任务。

6.       Proficient in both English and Chinese. 英语流利（包括口语和书面报告）
