Responsibilities:

1.Work with plant engineering teams to standardize the evaluation items and test vehicles for key process/equipment;

2.Work with the suppliers to evaluate the basic properties of new material, chemicals and equipment, and manage the test data;

3.Support the corporate level technical communication and best practice;

4.Support the corporate level technical awards related activities.

 

Key Competencies & Skills:

1.Bachelor degree or above in material, chemical, mechanical or similar majors;

2.Fluent written and oral English,CET-4 or above;

3.Strong knowledge of PCB/IC substrate key processes: imaging, plating or laser drilling;

4.Team spirit and able to lead a team on project based;

5.Good reporting skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail;

6.Good organization, communication and presentation skills,good stress management skills;

7.Lean-sigma knowledge is a plus, GB/BB/BBM are welcome;

8.Outstanding candidates can be hired as senior engineer or chief engineer.
