About this role:

? Work directly with project team and provide technique solutions 

? Provide training across the office on the use of advanced 3D design program

? To collect feedback and reporting directly to Organizational Development Team based in Singapore.

What you’ll bring:

?Minimum 6 years of experience in workplace design and construction ,knowledge of construction processes and proce 

  dures

? Relevant degree in interior design , interior architecture or architecture 

? Working knowledge of SketchUp required

? Open personality person with positive can-do attitude 

? Have a curiosity of how to make 3D design delivery process more efficient

? Able to challenge others in a supportive way that that spurs innovation and not conflict 

?Willing to improve and challenge traditional way of working. Abandon traditional AutoCAD , using 3D virtual constructi

  on model 

? Ability to work and interact with all levels of staff in other disciplines and with excellent verbal communication skills 

? Fluent in Mandarin and English , preferable Chinese citizen

? Able to travel 

 Preference will be given to candidates who:

? Have extensive knowledge of SketchUp and Layout 

? Have knowledge about BIM 

? Have knowledge of Revit or ArchiCAD

? strong knowledge of corporate office design from conceptual to construction  

? Relevant experience related to project management in workplace design is  preferred
