Job Duties:
Be responsible for contributing and supporting talent and learning development in Greater China.
1. Plan and implement training courses/programs, evaluate and strengthen training effectiveness to support organizational needs in general skills & competencies, leadership & management development.
2. Maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and provide solution-based support on their training needs and track the results.
3. Play a role as facilitator/trainer in related training/workshop as required.
4. Deploy and reinforce company culture among all employees through trainings and activities.
5. Build, execute, evaluate and optimize training policy/process for training compliance and effectiveness.
6. Maximize the usage of training resources through accurate data analysis and budget management.
7. Utilize E-learning platform and various digital technology to reinforce the learning efficiency.
8. Select, evaluate and manage vendors to leverage resources efficiently.
9. Deploy global HR plans and initiatives as required.
10. Complete other related tasks as assigned by leaders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or education related majors;
2. Strong project management skills and coordination ability;
3. Being able to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
4. Good English writing skills and communication skills; 
5. Good communication and influencing skills;
6. Result-oriented, good analytical skills with strong execution and presentation capabilities;
7. Having good professional ethics and professional conduct, having good sense of teamwork and strong sense of responsibility, be able to work under pressure.
8. Open-minded, self-motivated, flexible and passionate; 
9. Being willing to learn new knowledge and technology with innovative thinking and demonstrate in professional areas.

如新（中国）日用保健品有限公司是 Nu Skin 在中国大陆设立的子公司。2014年4月，投资近5亿元人民币打造的Nu Skin 大中华创新总部园区（以下简称GCIP）在上海落成，这是 Nu Skin 发展史上***的海外投资案。该园区整合了抗衰老科研中心、使命中心与长长服务中心，地块面积超过38,000平方米，建筑面积达34,000平方米，约相当于6个足球场，可支持未来销售业绩的成长。GCIP的优秀环保设计，更于2014年8月荣获由美国绿色建筑协会颁发的LEED金奖认证。除了GCIP，Nu Skin 在华投资还包括如新个人保养品生产基地（上海）、华茂植物提取原料生产基地（浙江）、华茂保健品生产基地（浙江）和如新华茂生物光子扫描仪生产基地（上海）。2018年，如新中国决定投建约3.6亿元人民币的新生产基地，选址位于上海奉贤区重点产业的东方美谷园区。新的生产基地在传承公司文化及体现公司创新基因的基础上，以工业4.0标准打造，与时俱进，创建智慧、科技赋能的生产平台。
