? What do we expect from you?

You will become a member of the ALDI China Customer Relationship Management team, responsible for customer data management including:

? Daily management of customer data, ensure timely update and accuracy of upstream data
? Manage and maintain customer database / data warehouse, formulate data naming and storage specifications, and improve data management quality
? Develop and maintain ETL tasks related to customer data based on business requirements and improve downstream work quality and efficiency
? Optimize the performance of database / data warehouse and enhance the storage value of storage space
? Work with team and provide data support for analysis projects

职位要求：
What are we looking for?

We hope that you：
? Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a computer software or big component
? Be proficient in SQL, could use ETL development and maintenance by using mainstream database and data warehouse platform
? Experience in database / data warehouse management is a must
? Be able to solve problems actively, independently and creatively
? Customer oriented, strong team spirit, able to work with different teams
? Be positive, enthusiastic and self driven

We hope that you can assist the company's internal and external cross functions to maintain the company's daily operations and recommend for process optimization opportunities. Chinese and English will be used as your daily working language and we expect you to work under fast-growing and diverse atmosphere.
