岗位职责Job Description:

1. Responsible for post-sale service of OEM customer in China mainland

2. Analyze failure pumps from customers, provide analysis report and repair the pumps

3. Be able to understand customer’s applications

4. Implement incoming materials check for all key customers and do a good record

5. Support service coordinator for service database maintenance

6. Other jobs assigned by Department Manager

任职资格Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, majored in mechanical engineering, mechanical-electrical or equivalent;

2. 1 plus years working experience in fluid machinery or mechanical field, design or repair, post-sale service or technical support experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with mechanical tools and test device of fluid;

4. Electrical engineer background will be a plus;

5. Be able to work under pressure and independent;

6. Be able to read technical documents written in English;

7. Optimistic and willing to communicate with associates and customers.
