With the following responsibilities:

?Responsible for providing after sales and warranty service in China & Asia as required by the user and specified by the Service Manager.

?The services provided are to include installations, warranty, breakdown, contract servicing and calibration.

?To assist in the development of the Service business by encouraging customers on the take up of annual maintenance contracts.

Service Manager Hardness testing – China & Asia

Qualifications:

要求：

?University education majored in electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent

电子，电器工程或者相关专业；大专以上学历；

?Proven experience in field service, preferable in a Japanese or European company

有客户现场服务方面工作经验，有日资或者欧洲企业工作经验者优先。

?Good mechanical aptitude

有较好的机械方面的知识

?Ability to deal with customers in a diplomatic manner.

有服务意识，懂得和客户交流，沟通的技巧

?A good command of the English language so that direct communication with

customers located in Asia is  possible on a technical level

英文听说读写流利，可以和亚洲其他国家的客户直接做技术交流

?Ability to work with the minimum of day to day supervision.
