Mission:

?     Familiar with project engineering validation process of our products, clearly understand customer real needs. Coordinate with AD team and internal resources & external resource to develop solutions for frontline team to meet customer requirements. Support auto Frontline to win key projects and maximize financial realization regionally.  

Responsibilities:

?     Deeply understand customer and frontline needs and requirements, work with AD team together to develop solutions for frontline and customers.

?     Support frontline to develop solution for key customer & key projects including:

?     Fully understanding customer engineering validation process, clearly define customer and frontline needs

?     According customer and frontline needs to select or recommend right material, work with VE engineers to understand customer part’s design & tooling design, fully understanding customer molding process, secondary operation, testing and performance evaluation methods etc.

?     Work with AD team to develop Prototyping method, Run material Process DOE, Develop secondary operation methods, and Conduct products Performance testing etc. according to customer way to validate our material & product’s performance and look for best solutions for customers.

?     As for critical issue in whole process, work with AD team and RD together, analyze the root cause of failure and look for best solutions for frontline and customers to fix issue quickly.

?     Work out solution proposal for frontline and communicate with customers to fix customer issue timely and effectively;

?     To provide technical marketing support to front line for marketing documents, marketing programs, trade shows and seminars etc. To provide market intelligence / development trend for global new product development and product optimization, 

?     To track / communicate / report the status of the development solutions (including products / process / design / testing etc.) with global ADL team.

?     To share with his /her expertise with whole ADL team, support to build up one total-solution team globally.

 

Requirements:

?     Mechanical engineering/Tooling engineering / Polymer Bachelor degree or above.

?     At least 5 years working experience in the field of engineering plastics process

?     Strong experience of prototyping and secondary operation including welding / bonding / plating etc.

?     Able to know the basic knowledge of engineering plastics injection molding, part& tooling design etc…

?     Have strong project management or product development management skill and knowledge.

?     Good polymer testing and analysis knowledge, and strong failure analysis and troubleshooting capability

?     Able to travel within Greater China according to business requirement.

?     Able to work and communicate clearly with internal and external

?     Be open ,self confidence and great team work spirit

?     Strong desires for success, self motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.
