2．Qualification

l Electronics or Mechanical Bachelor degree or above

  

电子或机械本科或以上学历

  

l Over 8-years work experience, at least more than three years work experience on technical management

  

8年以上工作经验，至少三年以上技术管理工作经验

  

l Excellent Chinese/English Written and Verbal ability

  

良好的中/英文书写及口头表达能力

  

l Familiar with office software

l Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate.

l Works well within a small team

l Good planning and organization skills

l Good knowledge of consumer electronics development procedure, including product development、test、 verification and validation

l Experience of medical device development is a plus

l Understood ISO 9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015  management system

3.  Responsibilities:

  

职责：

  

Engineering Manager is responsible for the daily running. This includes:

  

工程经理负责部门日常管理。内容包括：

  

l Managing and coordinating any third party NPD (New Product Development)
Setting up and documenting proper work routines for the control, monitoring and reporting of this third party activity to senior management. Continuously update and improve these work routines
管理和协调任何第三方机构关于新产品开发建立适当的工作和记录程序的控制，监测和报告高层；并不断更新和改善这些工作程序

  

= Managing and coordinating the support to the purchasing department, for example cost reduction exercise resulting in the need to evaluate new components

  

管理和协调对采购部门的支持，例如，对新产品评估而进行的成本降低

• To document first article test reports from suppliers, decide on releasing/ rejecting
• 来自供应商的***份样品测试报告，决定放行/拒绝

      

= Managing and coordinating the process of design change as a result of problems or imperfections causing returns and poor reliability. In addition these changes may result from a cost reduction exercise or indeed obsolete components

  

管理和协调由于问题或者缺陷导致退货和可靠性降低而引起设计更改过程，另外，这些更改可能来源于节约成本或者使用陈旧库存部件

  

l Leading new product design, meet the requirements of function, reliability, cost etc.

  

主导新产品的设计，在项目规定的时间内，满足功能、性能、可靠性、成本等要求

  

l Product design review, guide dept. staff on technician problem,

  

主导新产品设计评审工作，对本部门员工进行技术指导

  

l Support production dept., analyze and solve product function issues, and continuous improvement

  

支持生产部门，分析并解决生产品功能、性能不良等问题，并持续改善

  

l Arranging weekly meetings on New Product Development project.

  

组织安排关于新产品开发进展项目周会

  

l Work towards reducing production costs and increase operational efficiency

  

努力减少生产成本，并提高运营效率

  

l Ensuring that operational working routines and documentation are updated and follows ISO9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015 standard

  

确保运行工作常规及文件资料及时得到更新，并且符合ISO9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015标准

  

l Budgeting for the department based on forecasts from superior.

  

   根据上级预测进行本部门预算。
