We are looking for a smart, energetic, and proactive, and enjoy working in a close-knit team Store Concept product lead for our team. The Store Concept product lead reports to the Store Concept manager.

Overall Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

? Ensure that the design and construction of the stores meet the retail expectations & brand concept requirement.

? Fully understand the needs of retail to support the store design

? To brief contractors on drawing processing to ensure the drawings are well interpreted.

? To supervise the site construction work from factory till site installation to ensure the delivered quality is up to company standard.

? Good communication with cross-functional teams, and others related internal & external team.

? Travel to gain a fuller understanding of city and site surrounding 

? Support other tasks that given by line manager

Requirements:

? 1-2 years store/ interior design experience

? Design sense, passion and creative mindset

? 1+ year experience in retail is a plus

? PC skills: CAD/PS/AI/SketchUp

? Good multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities

? Deliver results against tight and complicated timelines

? Flexible to travel

? Good spoken English and Chinese expected.
