Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the PQ Team
• Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Service
• Establish a reporting and monitoring tool for the ramp up projects
• Lead the assigned projects in the ramp up phase
• Organize and monitor all the activities before last project revision starts mass production
• Optimize part numbers prior mass production
• Coordinate multiple part numbers during PQ/qualification stage and ramp up
• Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flows
• Ensure appropriate resources are available to support the assigned projects
• Ramp up new projects according to the planned yield and costs
• Provide technical inputs for continuous improvement projects
• Setup PQ team meeting and activity review strategy
• Coordinate all projects related information
• Communicate with the account team (Sales Engineering, Customer Quality, etc.)

Your profile

• Comprehensive Knowledge of the PCB manufacturing process
• Deep knowledge in Cu plating, Mechanical processes, Photo-laser registration systems is a plus
• Knowledge in Statistical Analysis
• > 5 years experience in PCB or Substrate (or similar industry)
• > 3 years in managing a technical team
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), SAP, Mini Tab
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to details
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player and team leader, Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
