职责描述：
1.实施台架NVH试验、并编写报告，确保试验数据准确可信；
Conduct the NVH rig test and make up the test report, ensure the test data is accurate and credible.
2.进行传动系统产品整车NVH性能主客观评价，为产品的优化与改进提供方向；
Evaluate the transmission system component’s NVH performance on the vehicle, and give the optimization and improvement method.
3.对产品量产阶段出现的NVH问题，进行现场试验测试、协助问题分析与解决；
Give the onsite NVH test for the transmission system component NVH problem, and provide the support for the problem solving.
4.参与产品开发阶段的NVH工作，对客户及应用工程师提供专业支持；
Working in NVH projects, including provision of NVH expertise to external customers and application engineer.
5.消化吸收客户NVH试验测试标准、要求，完成新试验方法的开发。
Digest the customer’s test standard, and develope the new test method.
6.从事NVH测试设备维护保养工作，确保设备状态良好。
Maintain NVH instrumentation devices, ensure the instrument is in good condition.

任职要求：
1.三年以上NVH工作经验/At least 3 years NVH working experience
2.学士或硕士学历，车辆工程专业优先/ BS or MS degree, and majored in vehicle engineering is preferred
3.熟练运用Excel, Word, MS Project Planning, Power Point等办公软件
Knowledge of office software: Excel, Word, MS Project Planning, Power Point.
4.具备振动、噪声、信号处理等基本理论，具有数据处理、报告编写及沟通协调的基本技能
The theory knowledge of vibration, noise and signal processing and Data Presentation and Communication skills.
