JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

 The HR Specialist (Recruitment) will support to fulfill company manpower plan, mainly focus on talent acquisition area. On this position, his/her responsibilities include but not limited to:

  

 

  

• Work as a partner with hiring departments to select and hiring right people
• Work as a consultant to review headcount plan, requisitions and help departments to be well prepared before and after interview
• Work out recruitment plan together with hiring departments
• Develop channels/resources/new talent acquisition methods.
• HR Marketing—to propose and implement employer branding solutions
• Work with a cohesive HR team, has opportunity to share/expand knowledge and responsibilities in other HR area
• Design/propose  new interview solutions to enrich candidates experience and boost employer branding
• Prepare and deliver paper works (e.g. offer/rejection letter, employment contract etc.)
• New employee on-boarding support includes arrangement before on-boarding, first-day aid/mentor, orientation, probation review etc.
• Update and maintain HR information system

  

 

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  

• Bachelor degree in science, business, human resources or similar background
• At least 3+ year’s talent acquisition experience, especially in mechanical, engineering area
• Good English skills, both in oral and writing
• Team work and good interpersonal skills
