Responsibilities

Project Controlling

• Oversee project budgeting and time line and work closely with project managers
• Perception of project performance progress as well as the costs for the project and ordered external services and equipment
• Take care of the project cash flow and earnings forecast
• Developing and Implementing of needed software and tools
• Cooperation with Project Managers and accounting department
• Prepared and lead Project Audit Meetings to discuss the progress of each project and evaluate staffing needs, schedules changes, project scope adjustments and other project needs.
• Generate project reports and presentations addressing all relevant aspects, such as costs, time line, cash flow, and project forecast

Project Documentation

• Organization and management of project documents such as contracts, reports or PV system manuals
• Setup project folders on the needs of the projects
• Updating contents of folders according to internal processes
• Work together with internal stakeholders to assure continuous improvement and implementation of documentation standards
• Take active part in the Document Management network and interface with other Teams, share and implement best practices
• Support to the Project Manager in compiling Client s project documentation on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or Engineering
• 10 years + in project controlling, financial analysis, project and documentation management, in project organization and reporting.
• Experience in Microsoft and Project management software
• Proven project management experience
• Good communication skills in English, spoken and written
