1 Perform whole company's quality management system including setting up/ implement/ improvement and maintenance.

完成整个公司质量体系的建立、实施、改进，维护

2 According to the requirement of quality system, responsibility for editing quality documents and others relational job, coaching other department to complete relational job.

根据质量体系的要求负责本部门的质量文件及其它质量工作，并指导其它部门完成相关质量工作

3 Perform quality system and process audit job, ensure system effective continual running, make sure satisfaction of client.

做好质量体系和过程内审工作，确保体系持续有效运行，确保满足顾客的要求。

4 Responsibility for making action plan /follow up and improvement when some disfigurements happened.

在有不符合项发生时，负责落实、跟踪和改进

5 Harmonize and cooperate with other department for meeting company's target.

协调并配合其他部门的工作，从而更好地完成公司的目标

6 IATF/QSE training

IATF/佛吉亚质量改进体系的培训师

7 QRCI implementation leader

快速反映持续改进的工厂推进者

8 Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.

完成由主管或经理安排的其它工作。

9 Apply for CCC Certification（Such as：submit documents, Notice the type testing ）

CCC证书申请（如：申报资料提交，型式试验通知等）

10 Maintain and manage the factory has obtained CCC certificate and CCC mark the validity of the certification

维持和管理工厂已获得CCC证书及CCC标志证书的有效性（组织内外部审核，变更申请证书，标志证书年审等）

任职资格

1 Above 3 years QS experience in automotive industry

3年以上汽车零部件制造企业质量体系或其他相关工作经验

2 Familiar with the requirement of OEM, QSB\Formel Q\Q1…

熟悉客户的要求，尤其是通用、大众、福特等。

3 IATF 16949:2016 certificate. 6 Sigma experience is a plus.

有IATF16949证书，有六西格玛经验者优先考虑

4 Tenacious land persuasive. Demanding and rigorous. Ability to develop partnerships. Motivation. Result Oriented

5 Ability to work under pressure and high availability for the ramp-up
