1. In charge of the daily quality control and the quality team, including but not limited to the IQC of both site production and outsourced materials or products, the PQC, and the final product quality control. In charge of quality related measuring instrument management.

2. Develop and keep improving product quality testing/inspection standards and regulations with well-executed quality assurance program. Lead and push the corrective actions of products or process with defects timely, and set up the preventive countermeasures systematically.
完善产品质量测试检验标准和规范，拟定和实施产品质量保证计划。领导并推动问题产品或者缺陷过程的及时改善，并建立系统防范措施。
3. Define the quality management objectives. Make efforts on the continuous improvement of quality management system, and take multiple solutions to achieve the quality assurance in whole process, especially in design, manufacturing.
质量管理目标。致力于质量管理体系的持续改进，采取多种措施实现全过程的质量保障，尤其包括设计和生产过程。
4. Lead the quality control and improvement work-out in the new product research , and be proactively involved in and plan for the trial run/testing. And make efforts on the production technical optimization.
工厂的重点新产品开发中质量控制和改进建议，积极参与并计划实施相关试验验证。并致力于推动工厂的技术优化与改进。
5. Proactively keep communication with customers and related inspection agencies, and well identify and understand customers’ technical specs, and make sure all those product related requirements be effectively communicated among functions and integrated into design and production process as needed.
与客户以及相关检验机构进行沟通，识别并理解客户以及检验机构的技术要求，确保这些产品相关要求在部门间有效沟通，并按照要求在产品设计和生产过程中得以落实。
6. Lead the dealing with customer complains, including the root cause analysis, the workout and tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
客户质量投诉的处置，包括根本原因分析、纠正和预防和跟踪措施制定和实施。
7. In charge of supplier quality management, annual assessment, etc.
供应商质量管理，年度评估等过程的质量控制。
8. In charge the performance improvement of the quality team by means of training and guidance, etc.
培训、指导等方式提升质量团队的绩效。
9. Facilitate regular quality meeting to communicate all quality related expectations and requirements.
组织工厂质量会议以沟通质量相关的期望和要求。
10. Complete other tasks assigned.

岗位要求：
1.机械类专业本科毕业，5年以上外资生产制造型企业质量管理岗位工作经验
Major in mechanical or electric , over 5 years experience in quality management position of manufacturing foreignventure
2.能熟练应用各种质量分析工具
Proficient in the application of quality analysis tool
3.熟知各种质量管理、质量检验、生产工艺流程的实际操作规范及标准，能够独立运行和完善企业质量体系
Familiar with the actual operation specifications and standards of quality management、quality inspection 、 production process , be able to operate and improve the corporate quality system independently
4.流利的中英文听说读写能力
Be able to listen, speak, read and write fluently in both chinese and english
5.良好的组织协调及沟通能力
Good at organization and communication
6.工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析能力及处理突发事件的能力
Serious and responsible,rigorous and meticulous,have strong analytical skills and ability to handle urgent case
