主要职责Responsibility:

1. Develop new packaging idea and design from the input from Sales, prepare the sketches and Mock-up samples for quotation and bid

根据销售人员提供的信息，开发新的包装理念和设计，为产品报价和商务竞标准备方案，草图及样品

2. Develop product drawings, specifications, and written analyses of proposed packaging in order to present design for approval.

为新产品准备客户所需的图纸，技术规范和分析报告，以提交设计供审批；

3. Partner with marketing and engineer and various business units, in driving product innovation, packaging quality and cost-effectiveness.

与销售市场及工程及相关部门一起，推动产品革新，质量提高及成本的有效性

4. Manage the product development change and update the drawings if necessary.

负责产品开发更改及设计图纸的更新

5. Create the drawings for Coating fixture, HS fixture, assembly fixture, etc.

绘制工装夹具图纸

6. Manage the tooling drawings and update the version once changed

管理维护模具图纸，及时更新图纸版本

Requirement 岗位要求

1. University or above , majored in packaging engineering or related industrial 包装工程及相关专业本科以上学历；

2. Over 3 years cosmetic or FMCG packaging design experience, prefer in plastic injection 三年以上化妆品或快速消费品类塑料包装产品设计经验；

3. Over 2 years’ experience in Tooling design is preferred 两年以上工装模具和夹具设计经验优先考虑；

4. Knowledge of polymers, injection molding, and automated processes are strongly preferred. 熟悉塑料特性，工艺装备和自动化生产工艺优先考虑；

5. Solidworks or Pro/E is essential 有Solidworks 或Pro/E软件的培训经历

6. Good command of verbal and written communication skills in English 良好的英语沟通能力

7. Strong analysis skills and problem solving skills 较强的问题分析及解决能力

8. Good communication skills, a good team player，can be work under pressure 良好的沟通和团队合作精神, 能承受工作压力
