Job description

1. To plan, organize and monitor all QA activities in the department.

2. Evaluate new samples acquired from suppliers to First Article inspection submission to customers.

3. Verify Non-Conforming Goods to allow RTV items, incoming goods or stock items transferred to Defective Material Bay.

4. Do efficient communication with both domestic or abroad clients on quality issues, and bring strong after-sale-service to

clients, and also transfer the need information of clients on quality to production, and follow up the improving work of

production.

5. Control and manage the Equipment Calibration System.

6. Carry out internal calibration or arrange external calibration.

7. Assume the role of Internal Quality Auditor, as and when assigned by the QMR.

8. Train new/existing QA inspector according to job requirement.

Requirement:

1. Diploma/ Degree in Engineering

2. At least 3 years fastener experience in QA or SQE field.

3. Knowledge in MS_EXCEL and MS_WORD is important. Application knowledge in Autocad is a strong plus.

4. Knowledge in ISO9000, ISO14000 and TS16949.

5. Preferably to be able to understand Sampling Plan.

6. Knowledge with the capabilities in using general measurement equipment
