2、 分析各类场景下的服务流程和质量问题，提出解决方案；

任职要求：

1、 理工科或英语相关专业优先，工作经验不限；

2、 数据敏感性高，数据分析能力强，逻辑缜密；

3、 沟通能力强，性格开朗，抗压能力强，能独立开展研究项目；

4、 精通office办公软件，具备初步的分析报告撰写能力。
