Position Summary
The role will build long term and strategic relationship with named and vertical business alliances partners. Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to alliances and channel standards. Monitor partners’ business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Your Responsibilities Include
? Identify and develop partners committed to positioning of Infor’s products.
? Facilitate joint selling between partners and direct sales team
? Increase revenue from partner sources and market share through a leverage partnering model
? Identify and develop joint “go-to-market” strategies and lead generation opportunities
? Provide accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts
? Maintain an understanding of Infor’s product technology and articulates Infor’s products propositions to partners and their customers
? Manage transaction contracts, business practices and deal booking issues
? Work with marketing to plan marketing events for partners
Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization
? Demonstrated track record developing and managing global partnerships and driving partner account activities
? Minimum 5-7 years’ field sales experience (3 years working with alliances mandatory)
? Strong sales/marketing skills including needs analysis, business justification and closing methodologies
? Strong analytical, sales, channel and marketing skills
? Bachelor degree or equivalent
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills
? Great negotiation skill with ability to influence
? Travelling required
