上海招聘

岗位职责：
1、负责协助各部门进行人员招聘工作，包括招聘流程、面试记录与筛选推荐、应聘人员的预约，接待及面试，建立公司招聘体系；
2、员工入职、离职和辞退手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理，公司内部员工档案的建立与管理；
3、负责制定、监督及执行企业管理规章制度、行政人事管理制度以及工作流程、绩效考核制度；
4、协助部门主管制定各部门岗位职责说明书和培训计划，报批后监督并执行；；
5、负责离职员工的善后处理工作，包括办公用品、钥匙、出勤核算、离职证明、合同解除，社会保险和人事档案等内容的移交工作，并进行离职原因分析；
6、负责管理劳动合同、保密协议以及各类人事行政文档；
7、协助各部门做好节假日期间工作安排，包括值班安排、检查门窗、关闭电源电脑等工作；
8、办理总经理和上级领导交付的临时事务和其他突发事件的处理。


职位要求：
1、五年以上相关工作经验，本科以上学历；女性优先，可以独当一面，有公关公司或广告公司工作经历优先；
2、熟悉招聘流程及国家相关法律法规，熟悉各种招聘渠道，熟练掌握相关招聘面试技巧及工具，能独立完成日常招聘工作；
3、熟练掌握计算机及常用办公软件的操作，包括word, excel 和powerpoint;
4、执行力强，能够在第一时间完成上级交付的任务；
5. 追求工作稳定发展，具备优秀的沟通协调能力、分析判断能力，文档写作能力，亲和力强。
