Job description:

 

As the assistant to the legal representative of Shanghai Wood Tiger in Shanghai your main job is to support the CEO with a wide range of administrative activities.  In this job you will handle all administrative tasks such as claiming expense reports, HR attendance reports, assist in recruiting, organize and record MT meetings, travelling, etc.  As the CEO manages, a number of different businesses you will be exposed and gain inside knowledge to several different sectors, ranging from international trade, production to real estate management.

 

 

Requirements:

 

We are looking for a strong administrative talent that:

 

1. Learns fast and is not afraid to tackle an unknow task,  

2. Is well organized and likes organizing,

3. Speaks and writes good English,

4. Is discrete,

5. Has a bachelor degree or more (graduate students are considered)
