Responsibility

1.Independently initiate new customers, explore and realize business opportunities by establishing good customer intelligence.

能独立发展新客户、发掘商务合作机会，并建立和保持良好的客户关系。

2.Leading for market analysis and potential customer & competitor data collection, study the market situation and development trends as reference for strategic business development.

关注行业发展动态, 带领团队做市场调查以及潜在客户和竞争对手数据收集，为后期开拓战略业务提供参考。

3.Be responsible for company product and technical solution promotion strategy draft and implementation, organizing seminars and supplying technical training for the key accounts.

负责公司产品及技术(主要是EPS 控制器 和雷达等)推广方案的制定和实施，组织行业重点客户产品讲座以及应用交流等工作。

4.Support project manager and sales team to achieve the company OIT target and increased target.

和项目经理和销售团队一起完成公司的销售既定目标及增长目标。

5.Manage and lead BD team to achieve department KPIs, and finish the job assigned by Department Manager.

团队管理并带领团队完成部门设定目标及部门经理安排的相关工作。

Requirements

1.Strong business development mindset.

良好的业务拓展意识。

2.Engineering education background in Mechanical engineering/electronics.

机械/电子工程相关专业教育背景。

3.Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949.

熟悉汽车产品研发流程，例如：APQP和 PPAP 以及质量标准：QS9000,TS16949。

4.At least 2 years project management experience in automotive industry and good knowledge for economics.

有至少两年从事汽车行业项目管理经验，以及对商业运作有良好的了解。

5.Good communication skill with customer, can deliver the product and application training independently.

良好的与客户沟通能力，拥有出色的展示以及谈判能力。

6.Full of passion in BD and technical, good team player with creative spirit.

热爱业务拓展工作，有创新及团队合作精神。

7.Has owner ship and leadership skill, strong ability to resist high pressure.

Experience with team management preferred.

有很好的责任心和领导能力，抗压能力强，有实际团队管理经验优先考虑。

8.Fluent in English.

精通英语。
