Responsibilities:

1.                Responsible of repair shop delivery plan with consideration of Material, Tool & Equipment, SPT, Priority and customer priority with Supervisor and Commercial team, and monitoring repair shop EDD (Estimated Delivery Date), OTD (On Time Delivery), SPT (Shop Processing Time);

2.                Responsible of material check-in process, prepare for the maintenance card/record;

3.                Make reasonable delivery plan of repair with Repair Shop Supervisor and Operation Manager and implement weekly;

4.                Adjust the weekly delivery plan based on SPT, Priority and Sale target with Repair Shop Supervisor and Commercial team;

5.                Monitoring and work on SPT OTD and EDD improvement with Repair Shop Supervisor and Operation Manager;

6.                Submit overtime or shift plan basing on the weekly delivery plan to Repair Shop Supervisor for archive customer satisfaction;

7.                Collect the real hour consumption per Technician, Certifying staff, Planner, analysis the capacity, manpower utilization of each personnel and manpower supplemental plan, report to Repair Shop Supervisor and Operation Manager

8.                Material including spare parts, chemical and consumable, PPE inventory monitoring, shortage alarm, purchase notification, process / arrival tracking;

9.                Other activities related with quality and safety.

 

 

Requirements:

1.                Bachelor degree, major in English, international trade or comparable major

2.                Experienced in supporting Manager in the delivery management of MRO or manufacture;

3.                Multi-national company experience is a plus;

4.                Knowledge on Administration, logistics (applied to maintenance / production environment);

5.                Good oral/written English is preferred;
