JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

~Work closely with field team and customer as source of color expert to meet varied requirements such as response time, accuracy and reliability etc.

~ Deliver professional technical support and training to commercial team even customer, host customer visit or onsite consultant especially for global customer

~Guide lab technician to generate proper color formula on engineering plastics with consideration of CTQ clarification, regulation compliance and QA concern;

~Reduce unnecessary color matching trial in the lab by well utilizing existing colors, communicating technical limitation versus customer requirement;

~Follow up and optimize global color translation process with manufacture sites;

~Maintain assigned database, system and instrumentation in the lab;

~Participate actively in team learning and continuous improvement activities such as good practice sharing and synchronizing for global accounts;

~Coordinate with Technology and Manufacturing team in trouble shooting, new product development and scale up etc;  

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

~Bachelor degress, material science major is prefer. At least 5 years working experience in plastics/ink/paint;

~Good knowledge of color technology, colorants properties, has color matching experience;

~Ability to solve problems and handle diverse responsibilities under pressure;

~Team spirit, excellent team player with proved inclusiveness and engagement;

~Proved effective communication skills and good presenter;

~Fluent English.
