【Main Responsibilities】  

1. Familiar and monitor the market fashion trend, understand client’s preference;

2. Lead and supervise the merchandising team to increase business;

3. Direct and develop sourcing strategy to accommodate ongoing business needs;

4. Conduct ongoing communication with vendor to negotiate and achieve competitive pricing;

5. Maintain regular and productive communication with headquarter to inform of ongoing issues;

6. Establish professional relationships and negotiate the best offer with main customers and others potential sales prospects;

7. Maintain relationships with existing key suppliers and develop new suppliers for different business categories handled to build strong vendor network to meet customer’s expectation;

8. Resolve ongoing issues that are presented at all in order to meet delivery dates and maintain the integrity of the product;

9. Identify problems and advise resolution to subordinates to maintain smooth workflow;

10. Identify business opportunities by finding new vendors or product ideas to client;

11. Settle disputes between clients and vendors on claims while keeping their good business relationship;

12. Act as liaison between functional departments such as technical and technical departments to ensure related communications are implemented into the daily routine.

                                         

【Requirements】  

1. Major in textile and garment;

2. Strong experience in sportswear and relevant fabric;

3. Strong experience in the role of sourcing and products development;

4. Good on presentation both in Chinese and English;

5. Excellent interpersonal skills;

6. Willing to travel;
