Responsibility

1. Accountable for the performance and results of procurement  activities in the scope -负责业务范围内采购活动的绩效和结果 

2. Represents one or several Categories, over which he/she has the Leadership in the region -负责一个或多个品类，并在这些品类中有领导力 

3. Set directions, formulate and execute strategies for procurement in China, which are supportive of the business needs and, in line with the regional / Corporate directions and strategies -设定方向，制定和执行在中国的采购策略，以支持业务需求，并与地区/公司的指导和策略保持一致 

4. Source and develop new suppliers and materials in China  / Asia -在中国/亚洲范围内寻源和开发新供应商和物料 

5. Lead price negotiations with suppliers. Is responsible for Budget and PPV (Purchasing Price Variance} -领导与供应商的谈判，负责预算和PPV 

6. Build strategic supplier relationships and manage the relationships to enhance best material cost among competition and uninterrupted supply of materials -建立战略供应商关系并管理该关系，以提高竞争和不间断材料供应中的***材料成本 

7. Implement and Drive the procurement processes and cost reduction programs in China with his in-depth purchasing knowledge and functional expertise to ensure best sourcing value , on time in full deliveries , within quality standards -凭借其丰富的采购知识和职能专长，在中国实施并推动采购流程和降低成本的计划，以确保在质量标准范围内按时交付全货，以实现***采购价值 

8. Ensure that risk Management Plans are developed, reviewed and maintained for the area of responsibility, in line with business & category strategies -确保根据业务和类别策略针对职责范围制定，审查和维护风险管理计划 

9. Ensure that all business relationships within the area of responsibility is protected by appropriate contractual documents. Prepare, manage & oversee implementation of contractual documentation -确保责任范围内的所有业务关系均受到适当的合同文件的保护。 准备，管理和监督合同文件的实施 

10. In-depth understanding and analysis of material, market and supplier trend/opportunities -对材料，市场和供应商趋势/机会的深入理解和分析 

11. Support New launchesby supplying newly developed materials within launch projects time lines  -提供新开发的材料来支持新项目 

12. Time for the team to grow , will manage the day to day operations pertaining to the category(ies) -时机成熟的时候，带领团队成长，管理和品类相关的日常操作             

Requirements:

1. 5年以上化妆品或快消品制造业采购工作经验, 有扎实的供应商管理经验

More than 5 years experience of purchasing in cosmetic or FMCG field, has solid working experience in suppliers relationship management.

2. 对行业状况比较了解, 有一定的市场洞察力

Familiar with industry situation, has market insight.

3. 熟练使用计算机及SAP系统。

Use computer and SAP skillfully.

4. 积极进取，责任心强, 具有良好的职业素养；

Proactive, strong sense of responsibility.

5. 很强的自我约束力，独立工作和承受压力的能力；

Strong self-discipline, work independently ,be able to work under pressure.

6. 高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神。

High working enthusiasm, good team work spirit.

7. 具有良好的沟通、表达能力； 有一定的英语沟通能力

Good communication skill and presentation ability; English is workable.
