Principle Accountabilities:

1. Business development: Responsible for account receivable and date of collection;

2. Proposal & reports writing independently;

3. Project management:

> Good liaison with clients during whole project execution

> Tracking with clients after presentation to better understand clients’ further requirements

> Coordination for the execution of research projects to ensure the smooth running: DP and FW works management to ensure project execution successfully,

4. Regulatory Affair Analysis

5. Research techniques:

> Qualitative:

· Guideline development for FGD, IDI

· Discussion and fine tune of guideline with clients

> Quantitative:

· Primary analysis and checkings

· Coordinate on coding and QA

· Instructions to DP: analysis plan

· Help to decide additional analysis next to descriptive analysis

Competencies Required: 1. Bachelor degree in medical / statistics / mathematics background is a must; 2. At least one year experience as Research Executive or Analyst in international marketing research agency or multination pharmaceutical companies; 3. Fluent spoken, reading, listening and written English; 4. Good MS office skill.

Qualifications: 1. Responsible, good team work spirit; 2. Must be capable of working in a team environment; 3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; 4. Solid problem-solving and project management skills; 5. Can work under pressure; 6. Some marketing knowledge, familiar with the operation process of clients’ sales & marketing departments; 7. Familiar with PPT, good proposal and report writing abilities, can share experience with assistant and other colleagues.

Loudon Far East (LFE) is a China based contract research company for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and other healthcare companies. Shanghai Loudon Marketing Consultant Ltd.
