Your role:
In order to promote growth and development on its platform, Allure Systems is looking to hire a high energy Business Development Manager to join our team in Shanghai and help extend our success.
Ideally, you'd have a relevant experience generating and prospecting qualified leads for enterprise solutions. You are passionate about e-commerce/digital marketing. Atypical profiles don’t scare us. Now, if you’re not dynamic, self-motivated, autonomous, result-driven, and team-oriented, well that is a deal-breaker.
You will actively seek out and engage with client prospects in the e-commerce apparel industry. You will introduce Allure’s solution to new prospects, identify leads and arrange initial sales meetings. This is an opportunity to get started in a fast-moving career with great growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the CEO to sell Allure’s solution to the US & European fashion retailers & brands.
This includes :
- Researching and identifying key contacts; calling and emailing prospects to generate initial interest and setting meetings for field sales
- Prospect identification and qualification
- Call and mailing campaign execution
- Track all prospects details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
- Understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect individually
- Be in charge of developing new markets, articulate and evangelize Allure’s solution to multiple stakeholders
- Achieve monthly quotas of meetings set and opportunities qualified
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English
- 2+ years experience in selling SaaS/cloud-based software solutions ideally to Digital Marketing/e-commerce organizations
- Proficiency in using Prospection tool as LinkedIn
- Proficiency on how to operate CRM of Hubspot or Salesforce
- A "hunter" mentality - comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and following up on incoming leads and a strong desire to win
- Confident presentation skills and communication skills to articulate Allure's solution to a wide range of senior professionals
- Passionate about tech and the startup world, previous experience in a startup is a plus
- The ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter are vital to this role
