- 银行和现金管理，包括银行、现金的收付款、库存现金、银行承兑汇票等的管理，与银行保持良好的沟通

   Bank and cash management including but not limited to: responsible for bank & cash receipts and payments,     company petty cash, checks and bank drafts, communicate with the banks if necessary

  

- 负责公司费用报销，包括制作、审核报销申请表，提交领导签字审核;

Responsible for coordinating the company payments process including but not limited to: preparation and check of payment applications, collection of approval signature;

Bookkeeping tasks as assigned by finance manager;

  

AR and AP management;

- 负责发票的购买、开具、认证工作

In charge of invoices purchase, issuance and verification;

  

- 负责税务申报工作;

Responsible for tax declaration;

  

- 配合每年的审计工作;

Liaise with external auditors;

  

- 领导安排的其他工作.

Other tasks required by finance manager.

  

  

- 财务专业，本科及以上学历

  

- Bachelor degree or above in accounting

  

  

- 4年以上财务工作经验

  

- Above 4 years' working experience in finance

  

  

- 熟悉用友ERP软件、熟练运用excel、word等办公软件

  

- Good Command on ERP, Excel, Word

  

  

- 英语良好

  

- Good English in oral and written

  

  

- 一年以上税务工作（出口退税）为佳

  

- Above 1 year’s working experience in tax (export tax rebate) is preferred.

  

  

- 独立主动，能承受一定的工作压力

  

- Be independent and proactive, capable of working under pressure

  

  

- 具备良好团队合作精神
