1. 做出原始财务文件、注册以及相关财务文件的管理，开具发票，熟悉操作财务系统，熟悉内部运营与外贸业务的相关银行支付业务，仓库管理部分，需要每周根据运输业务来进行库存核对并及时更新数据。已收与已付款项部分的工作，与相关业务往来方的沟通及数据核对。根据不同的销售渠道来进行成本核算。

2.积极配合公司运营总监的基础会计工作安排，监控公司金融业务，与外包会计公司进行业务对接，对公司运转起到良好的监督与管控作用。 定期向国外总公司领导进行工作汇报，包括但不限于月报/季报/年报。严格遵守公司内部与当地财务税法制度，完成内部与外部工作报告及相关报表。

3.财务分析与管理部分：销售管理指标系统

金融计划，

方差分析，

内控部分的沟通与交流,

年度预算的相关编制。

4.任职资格：具有财务/会计专业的注册会计师资格CPA或学士学位的专业资格

5年以上相关工作经验，

在快消品和酒类行业有会计经验，熟悉IFRS,中国税法及相关财务制度。

熟悉ERP及相关的管理系统，如SAP，PMS和Microsoft。

良好的英语口语和普通话说写能力。

Key responsibilities

？ Support Chief operation officer (COO) in primary accounting, controlling the finance function, interface with outsourced accounting company

？ Regular reporting to the Headquarter management including but not limited to monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting

？ Compliance with Internal financial regulations, local requirements and external financial reporting

· Primary Accounting

？ Preparing, registering and administrating primary documents

？ Issuing tax invoice

？ Entering data into the accounting system

？ Making bank payments on internal operations and foreign trade operations

？ Warehouse management, weekly verification of inventory items on the basis of data of shipment of the goods

？ Verifying data with different parties (amount of goods received and paid, comparing data in tax invoices)

？ Calculating of cost according to sales channels

？ Financial analysis and management accounting

？ Sales management scorecards

？ Financial planning

？ Variance anlaysis

？ Internal financial presentation and communication

？ Annual budgeting

Requirements

？ Professional qualification with CPA or bachelor degree in FINANCE / ACCOUNTACY

？ from 5 years’ experience

？ Familiar with FMCG and alcohol accounting

？ Familiar with IFRS, China tax and relevant accounting regulations

？ Familiar with relevant ERP and management software and system. Eg. SAP, PMS and Microsoft

？ Good command of written and verbal English and Mandarin
