Job Responsibilities：

In charge of parts demand forecast, inventory planning & management.
Parts vendor and 3PL management to improve our parts supply.
Cooperate with customs management team on parts customs clearance.

1. Make relatively accurate parts forecast, replenishment plan & parts purchasing regularly.

2. Make reasonable inventory planning & management (DOS & shortage ratio control, reducing dead stock, etc.)

3. Take in time countermeasure to solve parts shortage and customers complain.

4. Make regular parts push & control parts supply L/T within acceptable level.

5. Enhance cooperation with vendor to improve parts supply performance continuously.

6. Manage and improve 3PL's performance and service level via KPI management.

7. In charge of collecting parts information for customs clearance usage.

8. Work with customs management team to increase accuracy of parts import declaration.

Job Requirements：

1. Have experience on spare parts management is preferred.

2. Have engineering background or HS code basic ability is highly recommended.

3. Can communicate with others in English by email & telephone very fluently.
