Main missions 主要任务

1 - Manage supplies 管理物资

• Guarantee logistical technical data (batch size, lead time, multiple supplies) and keep this data up­to-date. Analyse requirements, check the accuracy of elements produced by the information system, generate supply requests to suppliers. Ensure the availability of components purchased and subcontracted required by the manufacturing plan, and anticipate component and material interruptions. Communicate with suppliers Follow up with suppliers in the event of late deliveries and report these late deliveries to his/her line manager and colleagues. Record incidents and issue demerit points Monitor supplier performance daily (service rating) Update the Average Daily Consumption Organize one-off transport for purchases after seeking approval from his/her line manager Manage and optimize levels of stock within his/her scope (materials and POE)

    保证物流技术数据(批量大小、交货期、多种物资)的准确性及更新。分析需求，检查信息系统的准确性，将供应需求提供给供应商，确保生产计划要求的零部件的采购和分包，并预测部件和材料的中断。与供应商沟通，跟踪其交货情况，并向部门经理和同事报告。记录发生的意外和问题，监控供应商的表现(服务等级)，更新日平均消耗量。得到部门经理的批准后，安排一次性的购买运输，管理和优化其范围内的库存水平(物料和POE)。

2 - Help to manage internal and external flows in some organizations 帮助管理一些组织的内外部流动

• Help to create instruction sheets Logistics department procedures detect and solve conventional problems that may occur within his/her scope Manage stocks Optimize component stock levels based on min/max and consumption: analyse stocks (obsolete, dormant) and propose an action plan Notify his/her planning colleague of all elements that may have an impact: extension of deadline, possible interruption Manage subcontracting Record, validate and send supply requests to subcontractors and monitor supplier inventories

   协助建立物流部程序指导书，发现和解决职责范围内可能发生的常规问题。管理库存，根据最小/***消耗量来优化库存：分析库存(废弃的、需要的)并提出工作计划。将所有可能产生影响的因素告知同事：期限延长，中断的可能性。管理分包记录，确认并发送供货请求给分包商，监控供应商库存。

 3 - Energise and develop the production system 激励和发展生产系统

• Transform his/her APU to adapt it to new requirements and develop either means, organization or personnel skills in line with HR policy

• 转变APU以适应新的需求，并根据人力资源政策提高应对、组织或人事能力

 4 - Manage his/her activity 管理自己的工作

• Based on the objectives of his/her activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of his/her team in a coherent manner

• 根据工作目标，准备工作计划并协调团队任务

Specific missions 特定任务

• 使用和遵守流程，操作指导和相关要求。确保工作开展时符合健康，安全和环境保护要求。

• 健康安全和环境保护预防和防护设备发生破损或故障时，当环境恶化威胁逼近或者其他原因会导致对人员和设备安全造成威胁时，及时汇报。

• 实施执行ORTEMS

• 维护跟踪与客户关联的系统并确保达到要求

• 每个月供应商产能及安全库存调查

• 及时完成上级安排的各项任务。

• Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions
