招聘职位：电商运营主管

工作地点：浦东新区源深路1088号财务平安大厦1605室   

工作职责：

1. 负责公司现有平台的整体运营，包括但不限于产品上下架、推广策划活动、搜索优化等；
2. 负责开发适合公司产品的新平台，了解新平台的运营规则；
3. 负责制定详细的销售计划及活动计划，并按照计划实施，推动销售目标顺利达成；
4. 负责对平台营销数据进行分析，包括客户需求分析、使用习惯分析、推广效果评估等，为研发新品提供数据依据；
5. 负责电商平台售后及客服的工作，解决客户在实际购买中出现的问题；
6. 负责逐步制定月度、季度、年度销售报表，对销售数据做出专业的分析及评估，及时调整运营推广策略；
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作内容。

任职要求：

1. 本科或以上学历；
2. 2年以上淘宝企业店铺、天猫或有赞店铺运营管理经验；
3. 熟悉以上列举平台的运营、操作及推广手段；
4. 良好的营销策划能力、能独立制定活动及销售计划，以结果为导向；
5. 良好的数据分析能力，较强的逻辑思维能力；
6. 熟练操作图片和视频处理软件优先；
7. 有快消品品牌相关工作经验优先考虑；
8. 良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力；
