Title: Associate Consultant/Trainee

Company Introduction:

iGroup Consulting is a leading boutique search firm which has 6 offices in Asia Pacific. iGroup places managers and senior executives with our Clients here in China and throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

· Involved in Job Anaylsis part, design search strategy and make the clear target for searches？

· Build up target lists of candidates; update the data-pool ？

· Support Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates ？

· Collect and screen CVs to match job specifications and requirements ？

· Thorough and in depth research in the targeted company and positions accountable for ？

· In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates.

· Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced ？

· Telephone or face to face interviews based on different snorios

· Present the profile to Consultant or client directly to further justify the candidates

· Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information

· Ensure follow the company process and procedure to get the work done. This includes sending email to candidates, filing of the information and information keyed into the system ？

· Follow through process and procedure to get result. This includes pay attention to details ？

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor degree educated, in any discipline

· Above 2 year researcher experience in executive search industry ？

· Experience of searching for senior level positions is highly preferred ？

· Fluent English and Mandarin in written and speaking ？

· Be a strong team player, customer service focused, result and detail oriented ？ Working hard, positive, diligent, take initiative, good communication skills, professional ？

· Excellent working knowledge of PC applications (MS Office)
