Responsibilities

1. 生产设备维护保养及维修，解决设备出现的故障和偏差。 To make the preventive maintenance of company productive equipments, taking care of failures, deviations and reparation.
2. 按照计划进行设备维护，降低设备非计划停机时间。 Repair machinery within minimum time according to the established schedule.
3. 参与新设备和新机器的安装和验收。 Participate and collaborate in assembly and acceptance of new installations and machinery.
4. 参与备件和消耗品的管理以消除停机。Participate in the management of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime.
5. 培训使用者正确使用和维护机器设备。 Train all the users about maintenance and rational usage of all the machines and installations.
6. 向设备主管汇报工作，例如在设备方面出现的异常等。 Report to maintenance supervisor about his activities, e.g. new deficiencies detected in the equipment.

Specifications：

1. 职业学校或大专 Professional school or diploma

2. 至少3年相关工作经验 At least 3 years in a similar position

3. 熟悉电气、电子、机械、工业维护和自动化 Be familiar with Electricity, Electronics ,mechanics, industrial maintenance and automatism

4. 工作勤奋，积极主动，动手能力强，会使用日常的机械加工设备，要求具有电工操作证，具有电、气焊接技能者优先。 Hard-working, motivated, hands-on ability, can use conventional mechanical processing equipment, Required to hold electrician operation permit, welding skill is a plus

5. 25~40岁，男性。 25~40 years old, male.

6. 能够适应翻班工作，保证正常出勤。 Be able to shift work to ensure the normal attendance.
