Key Responsibilities:

1. Active customer acquisition in China in the automotive industry

2. Support and development of existing customer relationships

3. Dedicated sales and presentation of our service portfolio (driving test, engineering, lubricant testing)

4. Customer visits and offer presentations to customers in China

5. Demand and potential determination for new and existing customers

6. Positioning of our company as a strategic partner

7. Ensuring customer satisfaction through comprehensive customer care

8. Quote preparation in collaboration with colleagues in the department

9. Market and competition observation

  

Job Requirements:

  

1. Completed university degree (eg industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration) or completed business education with relevant professional experience

2. Professional experience in sales of technical products, ideally for services in the automotive industry

3. Technical and commercial understanding

4. Tried-and-tested spoken and written English is required

5. Intercultural social skills

6. Enjoy talking on the phone and dealing with people

7. Assertiveness, confident appearance and negotiating skills

8. Willingness to travel required

9. Strong service orientation, negotiating skills and persuasiveness
